BlueLine SOCO — Stop Data
iOS app & web portal · Colorado Contacts schema v4.0

Shift Time Tracking

Officers can now clock in and out right from the app. Start, pause, resume, and end a shift with a live running timer that keeps counting even if the app is closed or the phone restarts. A status pill shows at a glance whether you're on shift, on break, or off. Supervisors get per-officer shift history and can export shift hours to a CSV by date range. Shifts left open by mistake are flagged automatically so they can be closed out.

More reliable address lookup

The stop data web portal now uses a second location service as a backup, so street addresses and cities fill in more dependably — especially in rural areas where the primary lookup can come up short. The report layout was also tuned for a cleaner fit on phone screens.

Smoother sign-in and contact entry

We improved how the app handles session time-outs and refined the contact-entry workflow, so you spend less time re-authenticating and more time finishing reports.

Check for Updates

The Account screen can now check whether a newer version of the app is available and take you straight to the App Store to install it. We also corrected an age-range entry issue on contact reports.

Easier report editing

Editing a saved report now opens it straight back into the guided form, pre-filled and ready to update. Portal access also respects your agency's visibility settings more consistently.

Audit Log

Administrators now have a dedicated Audit Log that records every edit and deletion of shift and stop-data records, with a clear summary of what changed. It's a straightforward way to keep accountability across the whole agency.

Richer individual reports

The per-person report now brings ammunition activity, shift hours, and stop-data reporting together in one place, with a date-range filter so you can pull exactly the period you need for any officer.

Manager "End Shift"

When a deputy forgets to clock out, a supervisor can now close that shift for them — setting the correct end time and recording the change — so reporting stays accurate without waiting on the officer.

Shift vehicle details

Shifts can now capture vehicle mileage (start, end, and total miles), unit number, and fuel added during the shift. Shift reports roll these up into per-officer totals — including a Total Miles headline — for easy fleet and fuel oversight.

Inventory dashboards & passkey sign-in

Interactive charts show current stock and usage trends across calibers and time, and sign-in supports Apple Passkeys with optional two-factor authentication and backup codes — the same secure login used across the BlueLine family.
