Shift Time Tracking
Officers can now clock in and out right from the app. Start, pause, resume, and end a shift with a live running timer that keeps counting even if the app is closed or the phone restarts. A status pill shows at a glance whether you're on shift, on break, or off. Supervisors get per-officer shift history and can export shift hours to a CSV by date range. Shifts left open by mistake are flagged automatically so they can be closed out.

More reliable address lookup
The stop data web portal now uses a second location service as a backup, so street addresses and cities fill in more dependably — especially in rural areas where the primary lookup can come up short. The report layout was also tuned for a cleaner fit on phone screens.

Check for Updates
The Account screen can now check whether a newer version of the app is available and take you straight to the App Store to install it. We also corrected an age-range entry issue on contact reports.

Easier report editing
Editing a saved report now opens it straight back into the guided form, pre-filled and ready to update. Portal access also respects your agency's visibility settings more consistently.
