Start a Report

Open the app, tap New Report. Enter the contact date, time, location, and initiation type. GPS auto-fills the address.

Add Contact Details

For each person contacted, enter perceived demographics, contact reason, and outcome. Conditional fields — searches, use of force, arrests — only appear when applicable.

Submit or Save Draft

Submit immediately to the agency database, or save as a draft to complete later. Submitted reports are locked and visible to supervisors.

Export for State Filing

From the Export tab, supervisors select a reporting period and download a complete, schema-compliant submission JSON covering all officers.
